The Journal welcomes letters to the editor. Letters must be signed and contain a telephone
number for verification. Letters should be either typed, double-spaced or clearly printed.
Letters exceeding 250 words will be edited as space allows. All letters will be edited for spelling, grammar and all libelous statements will be deleted. Letters should be mailed to:
